FutureStep AI is also hosted in the EU (Ireland) and connects to Instagram as an official Meta Tech Provider.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs €0 per month, forever, and you don't need a credit card for it. You get 5 comment automations, 5 DM flows, 1 user and 50 incoming DMs per month. A short FutureStep AI mention appears under the first message of a conversation. The pipeline and the AI features are part of Start, Plus and Pro.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can try the Start plan free for 14 days. You pay nothing during the trial and are only charged after 14 days, unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans can be cancelled monthly. With yearly billing your plan runs until the end of the paid period, and you cancel just as easily after that.
What happens if I get more DMs than my plan allows?
You get a notification when you come close to your limit, and you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you regularly go over your limit, Pro with custom limits is the logical next step.
Do these prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Whether VAT is added depends on your country and whether you buy as a business.
Is yearly billing cheaper than monthly?
